Applicant Rights
Every candidate should be aware of their rights during the interview. Candidates have legal rights even before they become employees. If you want to be fully prepared before the interview, you should check the following points.
- Applicants should be informed that gender, race, ethnicity, religion, political view etc. discrimination cannot be made.
- Only the following documents and information can be requested from candidates:
- ID card, passport, residence permit
- Documents related to education and qualifications
- Health report
- Consent from guardians for minors
- Documents and references related to previous experiences and training
- Candidates cannot be asked about their race, ethnicity, religion, political view and personal life.
